At the beginning of your farm, it might feel a little bit slow as you collect initial resources- but don't worry! It's gets more complicated over time as you uncover new resources.
Your first few times playing will be quick sessions to plant seeds and this rolling, but it will ramp up over time!
There are six different types of buildings that you can construct on your plot, each with their own unique purpose.
Your starter Buildings for each Land are free. Don’t stress about the arrangement of your buildings on any individual plot of land. It’s purely for looks and can be changed later!
Gathering Cart The very first building you want to start with is the Gathering Cart. This is where you can send one of your Unicorns on an adventure to collect seeds and other resources. After some time your Unicorn will come back with some seeds that you can plant.
The Gathering Cart not only provides players with seeds to get their farms started; there is also a chance to hit a jackpot of $UNIM tokens!
Farm Plots Farm Plots are where you can plant your seeds and grow them into berries. Berries have many uses in the Unicorn Metaverse and will be required in various recipes for crafting later on. You can assign one of your Unicorns to harvest the seeds you plant, which greatly increases the yield!
You will want to have multiple Farm Slots so that you can harvest multiple seeds at the same time. Leveling them up will consume resources, but reduce the time it takes to harvest.
Workshop As you collect more resources and berries from your harvest, the workshop is where you can craft new items for further construction. This will be a key building as you advance in the gameplay and acquire more precious resources!
Questboard Unicorns are curious creatures that like to explore the boundaries of the Multiverse! Here your Unicorns can go on Quests, but be careful as there is a chance they might fail. Pay attention to your Unicorn's total stats and how it affects the chance of success.
Quests reward players with giftboxes that contain resources that can be used to complete Collections. Completing Collections will afford players special rewards for their hardwork!
Stables If you desire to maximize your harvest, you will need more Unicorns! The stables can be leveled up to increase the number of Unicorns that can be assigned to work on your Land. This building will be important to expanding your empire as you acquire more Unicorns.
Nursery When you're ready for one of the more advanced mechanics in Crypto Unicorns, the Nursery is where you will be able to breed two Unicorns together to produce an egg. Eggs inherit genetics from their parents and can be bred strategically to maximize for different stats. Your nursery is where your future Unicorns make the magic happen and hatch their eggs!
QUICK TIPS:
If you have multiple plots of Lands, put a Gathering Cart on each one! They are a great way to start accumulating resources on a regular basis.
Consider planting extra plain berries at the beginning! They have a shorter harvest time, and you'll definitely need a lot of them.
Over time you can upgrade your Buildings, which will also give XP to your plot and level it up!
