Nursery

The act of breeding two Unicorns together to produce an egg is broken down into three parts: Breeding, Hatching, and evolving. This happens all on-chain!

Breeding involves connecting two Unicorns together in a Nursery to create an egg. The cost will depend on how many Breeding Points each Unicorn has available. Each time a Unicorn is bred, it loses one Breeding Point. Breeding Unicorns takes at least 36 seconds.

Hatching takes place after the 24-hour timer from breeding is complete. You can choose to utilize a Hatching Booster to increase the chances of the baby's genes to be upgraded.

Evolving happens after a new baby has hatched to become an adult, it takes at least 36 seconds to evolve a Baby Unicorn. Baby Unicorns are limited in many ways and only have 3 energy for use within the game. Babies have to be evolved into adults to unlock their full potential be able to breed with other Unicorns. You can also use Evolution Boosters to further increase chances of gene upgrades!

When you go to the new Nursery you can expect to:

• Know Your Baby’s Traits: Find out the likelihood of what traits your baby will receive in the Nursery.

• See Your Parent Unicorns Genes: You will now be able to see Gene information from within the Nursery to give a good insight into how the breed will turn out.
