These investors purchased $CU at a de minimis price in exchange for fiat to fund the development of Crypto Unicorns as well as general operating costs. The 150,000,000 $CU in the Investor allocation is converted 15,000,000 $CU upon migration to XAI.

All investors are subject to a 2-year lock followed by a 24-month linear unlock.
